This is the public school system in Texas and this is the same state that not only elected that buffoon in the White House to run the state but even helped send him to the national level. What would you expect from a bunch of idiots like that? Obviously not a lot of intelligence down in the "Lone Brain" state. Funny, I always described where I grew up (the Memphis area) to be the crotch of the bible belt. The area definitely smelled like an unwashed crotch, that's for sure.
