Bloody bullshit. Someone needs to create a DMCA appeal letter (or whatever it's called) to get all the content put back up. Oh, and a lawsuit against the Hovind supporters wouldn't hurt either!

I must not understand. I thought the RRS videos were pulled. Why a suit against them? They are rather reactionary for my taste but supposedly the Hovinds false accusations instigated YouTube to pull the RRS vids on questionable DMCA grounds. At least the RRS are blaming the father and son Hovind.
I'm looking for clarification. The only time I saw the RRS was Brian Sapient and Kelly's mauling of Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron on a Nightline sponsored debate. Their web site speaks of their disdain and disrespect by their crude attacks on those religious. Sure some certainly seem to warrant such, but a higher ground would seem to be in order. Daniel Dennett style for example.

I can verify everything which you are saying, you are correct sir!
